During the 2019-2020 school year, Cossatot River School Public Schools will use the following Orton-Gillingham evidenced-based programs to address the deficit areas of students identified as exhibiting the characteristics of dyslexia:
- Barton Reading & Spelling System
- MindPlay Virtual Reading Coach
- Winsor’s Sonday System
- Foundations and Sounds
45 students attending Cossatot River Public School District will receive dyslexia intervention services from a trained dyslexia interventionist.
23 students attending Cossatot River Public School District have been recently identified as exhibiting some characteristics of dyslexia.
SCHOOL YEAR 2018-2019
During the 2018-2019 school year, Cossatot River School Public Schools used the following Orton-Gillingham evidenced-based programs to address the deficit areas of students identified as exhibiting the characteristics of dyslexia: Barton Reading & Spelling System, Sonday System, Foundations and Sounds, Nessy and MindPlay.
45 students attending Cossatot River Public School District received dyslexia intervention services from a trained dyslexia interventionist.
18 students attending Cossatot River Public School District were identified as exhibiting the characteristics of dyslexia.
