The Cossatot Cubers showed out at the DMESC Cubing Competition. The JR Cubers placed 3rd in the team competition, solving 25 cubes in just under four and a half minutes while the SR Cubers placed 1st with a solve time of just under 3 minutes.  In the solo competitions: SR High Division 1st-Riley Dunn 12 seconds 2nd-Kevin Aguilar 23 seconds 3rd-Anthony Johnson 26 seconds JR High Division 2nd-Paxton Boyd 20 seconds 3rd-Kaitlyn Dosch 28 seconds

Umpire High School is excited to announce that the school has been recognized by the Office of Education Policy (OEP) at the University of Arkansas as a school where students demonstrated high growth on the 2024 Arkansas ATLAS exams! Umpire earned the following recognitions: Top 20 High Schools in Arkansas based on Overall ATLAS Growth (#17) Top 5 schools in the Southwest Region based on Overall High ATLAS Growth (#2) Top 5 schools in the Southwest Region based on High Math ATLAS Growth ( #4) Top 5 schools in the Southwest Region based on High ELA ATLAS Growth (#3) Congratulations to the Umpire staff and students on your outstanding accomplishments. Vanessa Dering of Tyson Foods of Grannis presented a check to Susan Brewer of the Cossatot River High School choir program on behalf of the Rachel Norman Memorial Choir Scholarship. This is a yearly scholarship awarded to a CRHS senior choir member attending a 2 or 4 year university in the fall. The 2025 recipient of this scholarship will be announced at the spring concert on May 1.

Our CRES 5th graders are making sense of dividing decimals by whole numbers using base ten blocks! Hands-on learning like this helps build a strong foundation in number sense and problem-solving. We love seeing their confidence grow as they explore math in a meaningful way!
